Salary: R240,288.00 – R268,596.00 per annum (Level 9 – Grade 04 Local Authority)
Total Package (inclusive of benefits): R395,369.84 per annum

Minimum Requirements

-Grade 12

-Computer Literacy Certificate

-Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-2–3 years relevant experience in administration/data capturing within a Local Government Authority

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

-Strong administrative, writing, and typing skills

-Office/diary management skills

-Attention to detail

-Knowledge of prosecution processes and criminal court procedures

-Knowledge of cash register operations

Key Duties

-Record traffic offences and violations

-Capture issued traffic fines, camera fines, and accidents into the TCS system

-Administer representations

-Prepare and print court rolls

-Ensure proper filing, typing, and documentation processes

-Operate the switchboard

-Receive traffic fine payments and issue receipts

-Perform related ad hoc duties as instructed by management
