Overview
Pedros is looking for a motivated and energetic Prepper to join their Kathu Village team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and are passionate about food preparation, hygiene, and delivering great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
– Prepare menu items according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
– Ensure food is prepared quickly while maintaining quality standards
– Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
– Follow food safety procedures at all times
– Assist in receiving and preparing ingredients for daily operations
– Provide friendly and efficient customer service when required
Requirements & Skills
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
