1. Laundry Worker Level 2 (x3 Posts)

Location: Cullinan Care & Rehabilitation Centre

Salary: R144 024 per annum plus benefits

Closing Date: 02 July 2026

Minimum Requirements

-Grade 10, Grade 11 or Grade 12 (or equivalent qualification)

-Knowledge of laundry or linen services will be an advantage

-Sewing experience will be an added advantage

-Good communication skills

-Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles

-Physically fit and willing to perform manual work

-Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Successful applicants will:

-Collect and deliver hospital linen

-Operate washing, drying and pressing machines

-Iron, fold and package clean linen

-Sort and label dirty linen

-Repair damaged linen

-Maintain laundry equipment and inventory

-Follow Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Infection Prevention protocols

-Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors


2. Cleaner Level 2 (x7 Posts)

Salary: R144 024 per annum plus benefits

Minimum Requirements

  • ABET Level 4, Grade 10 or Grade 12
  • At least one (1) year cleaning experience in a hospital or clinical environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read and write
  • Physically fit
  • Honest and reliable
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Duties include:

  • Cleaning wards, offices and patient areas
  • Cleaning floors, walls, furniture, windows and equipment
  • Waste removal and sanitation
  • Operating cleaning equipment
  • Maintaining hygiene standards
  • Delivering meals and beverages to wards
  • Handling hospital linen
  • Reporting maintenance issues
  • Supporting supervisors with additional cleaning duties

3. Data Capturer (x1 Post)

Location: Cullinan Care & Rehabilitation Centre

Salary: R201 093 per annum

Closing Date: 02 July 2026

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access)
  • Knowledge of health information systems
  • Experience in data capturing and administration
  • Knowledge of HIV/AIDS and TB programmes
  • Certificate in Web-DHIS or Health Information Management will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of TIER.Net, DHIS and WebDHIS
  • Valid driver’s licence (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture patient information accurately
  • Update TIER.Net, DHIS and other health systems
  • Perform data quality checks
  • Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Validate and reconcile health information
  • Generate statistics and patient reports
  • Support HIV and TB programme reporting
