Premier is looking for a General Worker Cooler Corrector to join its Production team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will support daily production operations by ensuring products are correctly handled, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to efficient production processes while following all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure products meet the required quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Support the achievement of daily production targets.
  • Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with routine maintenance of assigned equipment.
  • Complete production records and administrative documentation accurately.
  • Comply with food safety, health and safety, and quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
  • Production or manufacturing experience will be an advantage.
  • 2โ€“3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Good understanding of housekeeping, hygiene, and workplace safety.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and management.

Working Conditions

  • Rotating shifts, including night shift.
  • Required to work Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and overtime when necessary.
