The JumpStart Retail Frontline Programme (RFP) is accepting applications from unemployed South African youth who want to gain skills and practical experience for entry-level opportunities in the retail industry.
No previous work experience is required.

Minimum Requirements
To apply, you must be:
–South African
–18โ33 years old
–Matriculated / Grade 12
-Currently unemployed
-Have no criminal record
–No previous retail experience is required
What the Programme Includes
The Retail Frontline Programme runs for approximately two weeks and includes:
-Online life-skills training
-In-person training
-Interview preparation and interviews
–One week of hands-on work experience in a retail environment
-Practical exposure to the retail workplace
-Work-readiness skills to improve your chances of securing entry-level employment
