Overview
iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Consultants to join its teams at Rosebank and Cresta. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about Apple products, enjoy working with customers, and are looking for a flexible retail role.
Working approximately 138 hours per month, you will help customers discover the latest Apple products and services while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
– Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Apple products and services.
– Demonstrate the latest Apple devices and features through hands-on experiences.
– Maximise sales opportunities by offering complete technology solutions.
– Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
– Keep up to date with Apple products, promotions, and services.
– Support daily store operations and merchandising activities.
– Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Apple products or technology will be an added advantage.
- Passion for technology and customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours.
