Overview
Under Armour is recruiting 4 Sales Assistants to join its retail stores across Gauteng and the Western Cape. These opportunities are ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about sports, fashion, and retail. Students studying Retail Management, Fashion, or Sports Management are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver outstanding customer service and create an exceptional shopping experience.
– Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
– Achieve individual and store sales targets.
– Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
– Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well presented.
– Process customer purchases accurately.
– Keep the store clean, organised, and welcoming.
– Assist with opening and closing store procedures when required.
– Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
– Participate in product knowledge and sales training.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Passion for retail, sports, and customer service.
- Students studying Retail Management, Fashion, or Sports Management are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
