Overview
Crocs, a leading international footwear and lifestyle brand, is recruiting 5 Sales Assistants across its stores in Cape Town, Sandton, and Boksburg. This opportunity is ideal for customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in retail, delivering excellent customer experiences, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist customers with friendly and professional service.
– Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
– Achieve individual sales targets and promote additional product sales.
– Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
– Replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure product availability.
– Process customer purchases and orders accurately using the POS system.
– Receive, check, tag, and price new stock deliveries.
– Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
– Keep the store clean, organised, and well-presented.
– Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
– Participate in company training and development programmes.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or retail experience.
- Crocs product knowledge is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
