The Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) is inviting applications for the position of Food Service Aid at the Land Court in Randburg.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• NQF Level 1 or Level 2 (ABET Level 2 or equivalent qualification).
• Previous hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail and good work ethic.

Key Duties

Successful candidates will:

• Clean kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Control kitchen stock and supplies.
• Wash dishes and dispose of waste correctly.
• Set up dining areas and serving equipment.
• Report shortages and defective equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in food preparation and storage areas.
