Overview
Bokomo Oats is looking to recruit 3 Packers to join its Packing Department in Epping. Reporting to the Manufacturing Coordinator, the successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring products are packed accurately, meet quality standards, and are prepared safely for distribution.
Key Responsibilities
– Operate and inspect packing equipment before production.
– Ensure packed products meet quality and presentation standards.
– Check pallet condition before use.
– Verify product weights and record them accurately.
– Ensure the correct product barcode is applied.
– Wrap finished products securely and neatly.
– Stack pallets safely and correctly for storage and transport.
– Inspect wrapped products to ensure packaging integrity.
– Follow all health and safety procedures within the production environment.
Entry Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a similar packing or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.

- Physically fit and able to perform manual duties.
