Overview
A leading company is recruiting 4 delivery team members, including 1 Delivery Driver and 3 Delivery Assistants, to support daily distribution operations. Successful candidates will help ensure products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Assistant
– Offload goods from delivery trucks at customer premises.
– Carry crates and products into customer stores.
– Pack products neatly onto receiving areas or shelves.
– Count products during deliveries to ensure accuracy.
– Return empty crates to the delivery vehicle.
– Assist the driver with safe vehicle reversing and manoeuvring.
– Support efficient loading and unloading operations.
Delivery Driver
- Safely transport goods to customers according to delivery schedules.
- Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist with loading and offloading where required.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
- Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Entry Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid Code 10 driver’s licence with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry crates.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and committed to delivering excellent service.
