Minimum Requirements
Applicants should have:
-Grade 12 (Matric).
-Maths and English at Grade 12 level will be advantageous.
-Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
-Basic computer literacy.
-Good communication and customer service skills.
-Basic numeracy and cash handling skills.
-Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Process customer purchases and payments.
- Handle cash safely and responsibly.
- Promote and register customers for the Clicks ClubCard.
- Assist customers with products, promotions and store enquiries.
- Replenish stock and merchandise shelves.
- Maintain high housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times.
- Support daily store operations and achieve customer service targets.
