About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll help create an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting the team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
-Deliver excellent customer service.
-Create memorable shopping experiences for customers.
-Replenish stock and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
-Keep the store clean, organised and visually appealing.
-Work as part of a team to achieve store targets.
-Represent the Cotton On brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
-Support community initiatives through the Cotton On Foundation.
Minimum Requirements
Ideal candidates should:
- Have a passion for fashion and retail.
- Enjoy working with customers.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Be energetic, motivated and customer-focused.
- Be willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
