About the FNB Community Advisor Position
The Community Advisor is a frontline customer-service position responsible for ensuring that FNB customers receive prompt and professional assistance.
The role involves understanding customers’ needs, processing their requests accurately and helping customers make use of FNB’s digital and self-service banking channels.
The successful candidate will also contribute towards sales and service targets, customer growth and the overall performance of the branch.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful Community Advisor will be expected to:
-Serve customers promptly and professionally.

-Support net profit growth through effective sales and service activities.
-Assist customers in moving from traditional transactions to digital and self-service channels.
-Help grow the active customer account base.

-Track and influence sales activities.
-Work towards predetermined sales targets.
-Track and influence service activities.
-Help improve service efficiency.
-Provide accurate and efficient administrative support.

-Ensure new business applications are processed within required timelines.
-Produce accurate sales and service statistics.
-Comply with governance requirements.
-Follow applicable legislative and audit requirements.

Qualification and Experience Requirements
Applicants should consider the following requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant study areas can include Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related fields recognised by FAIS.
- Applicants should have 1โ3 years of experience.
- Relevant experience should be in a customer-facing environment, service delivery or client support within financial services.
