The Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) is inviting applications for the position of Registrar’s Clerk at the Land Court in Randburg.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• No experience required.
• A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of registry procedures, filing systems, archives and relevant legislation.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
• Good communication, administrative, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and pay attention to detail.

Key Duties

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Registering and allocating case numbers.
• Managing court files and legal documents.
• Updating court records and filing systems.
• Retrieving and providing requested files.
• Assisting litigants, attorneys and court officials.
• Maintaining registry records and case management systems.
• Performing general administrative and filing duties.
